1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinansGen ("the Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers of FinansGen.

2. Description of Service

FinansGen is an AI-powered financial intelligence platform that provides market data, AI-generated company analysis reports, news summaries, sector performance overviews, watchlists, and related financial information tools. The Service is designed for informational and research purposes only.

FinansGen is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or investment exchange. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise misused.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

FinansGen offers a Free tier and a Pro subscription plan. Pro subscription fees are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you:

• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Understand that all users who enroll receive a 1-week Pro subscription, and continued Pro access after that period requires an active paid subscription.
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any data or content from the Service without prior written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content using automated tools.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FinansGen — including AI-generated reports, text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying technology — is owned by or licensed to FinansGen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research purposes. No other rights are granted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any market data, analysis, or AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or timely.
• Any particular investment outcome will result from use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinansGen and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any investment losses, loss of data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
