Delete your FinansGen account
This page is the public account-deletion resource required by Google Play and Apple.
You can delete your FinansGen account and associated personal data. Deletion is permanent. If you have an active Pro subscription, it is cancelled immediately — remaining paid time is not used and is not refunded.
Already have the app or are signed in?
The fastest path is Account → Delete account. Sign in, type your email to confirm, and we delete the account immediately.

If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, submit this form with the email on the account. We process requests within 30 days. You may also email support@finansgen.com with the subject “Account deletion”.
What we delete
- Your login (email, name, hashed password) and profile.
- Watchlists and saved preferences.
- Feedback you submitted, where it is tied to your account.
- Push-notification device tokens.
- Active Stripe subscriptions (cancelled immediately).
What we may retain
- Billing records Stripe already holds, for tax and fraud prevention (typically up to 7 years).
- Anonymised analytics that cannot identify you.
- This deletion request itself until it is processed.
Timing
Signed-in deletion is immediate. Requests from this form are completed within 30 days. After deletion you cannot recover the account.
